Application Submission Web Service

Application Submission Web Services

Research.gov’s Application Submission Web Services allows grantees to use their institution’s system to prepare and submit grant applications directly to the National Science Foundation (NSF). Based on the Grants.gov framework for system-to-system submission, Application Submission Web Service seamlessly connects an institution’s system to Research.gov. Institutions can connect to Research.gov using either a commercial or custom-built system as long as it has the capability to submit applications via web services.

How does this service meet your needs?

• Enables you to use the institution system you are familiar with to submit application packages directly to NSF
• Offers a seamless submission process – prepare and submit applications the same way you would submit any other application using your institution system
• Provides fast confirmation of application package receipt from Research.gov
