NCFY Recommends: Homeless System Evaluator Tool

Does your community’s homeless assistance system move youth (and others) into permanent housing quickly and cost-effectively, and does it help them stay there?

The Homeless System Evaluator Tool, from the National Alliance to End Homelessness, can help youth workers, in concert with others, answer these questions. Simply plug data from your community's homeless system into the Excel spreadsheet; the Alliance's instructional video explains how. The evaluator can be used by communities preparing to implement the Homeless Emergency Assistance and Rapid Transition to Housing Act, also known as HEARTH.
