Return Receipt with the recipient's signature sent by postcard. Must be combined Registered Mail service. Some countries don't allow return receipts.
Get proof of mailing.
Certificate of Mailing as a way of proving the date you sent it. Only available for unregistered First-Class Package International Service items.

Packages
- Maximum weight is 64 oz (4 lbs).
- Maximum length is 24" (36” for rolls).
- Maximum combined length, height, and width is 36" (42” for rolls).
- For First-Class Package International Service™ Commercial Base™, postage must be paid using PC Postage®, or a permit imprint.
- Commercial Plus™ pricing is available for customers who commit to tendering at least $100,000 in annual postal revenue from international expedited products — Global Express Guaranteed®, Express Mail International®, Priority Mail International®, and First-Class Package International Service.
- There are restrictions for mailing restricted and hazardous materials.
- Cigarettes and smokeless tobacco shipments cannot be mailed internationally. Cigars can be mailed internationally unless prohibited by the destination country.
