Would like to use this to encourage our outreach at church to look at substance abuse and mental problems differently, to reach out in time of need to empower the individual to rise to his/her highest level of function through empowerment, so the person facing these types of challenges in life can regain or learn self respect and dignity.

I will be graduating with my Masters degree in Criminal Justice and there are no free programs to help assist those that are being released from Jail/prison can you help so that I can be of service to some of them.
