Mont. Code Ann. §33-22-131 (1999) - addresses treatment for metabolic disorders.
Screening Requirements
Required by law on all infants, with a second test required if initial screen is done prior to 24 hrs. An additional screen is also required for infants with birth weight less than 1500g.
