- Provides briefings on new regulations/requirements

- Conducts Special Emphasis and Cultural Programs
- Work in collaboration with the FDA Diversity Council
- Requests for Reasonable Accommodation
- Provision of Sign Language Interpreting Services
- Addressing of Accessibility Issues
Program Evaluation & Executive Support Staff:
- Publishes quarterly newsletter
- Oversee and coordinate all OEEODM training
- Use all media to promote OEEODM services
- Review all OEEODM major reports and oversee their timely distribution to appropriate officials
