Continuum of Care Program Competition

The Department of Housing and Urban Development's Continuum of Care Program is a community-wide approach to helping people (including unaccompanied youth) experiencing homelessness and to providing the services they need to move into transitional and permanent housing. The program promotes community-wide planning and strategic use of resources to address homelessness, enhance coordination and integration of services, and improve data collection and performance measurement.
