Eligibility Requirements / How To Apply |
To be eligible, a household's income must be at or below 60 percent of Oregon´s median income. These levels are based on household income and household size. To be eligible, a household must also have documented energy costs. Both homeowner and renter households are eligible. OHCS uses a system of subgrantee agencies to determine applicant eligibility and delivery of services.
