How do I return an item?
The return process is started by going to Customer Service section and then selecting the Return Requests option. You must completely fill out the form to be considered for a return and your order must also meet the quidelines outlined in the return policy.
What do I do if I forget my password?
You can request to receive a new password by selecting the Forgot Your Password selection under the Sign In tab.
How do I check the status of my order?
You will receive an email when your order has been received by the National Archives as well as an email when your order has shipped. Your shipment notification email will include a UPS tracking number which will allow you to track the progress of your shipped package.
How do I become a Foundation member?
You can become a Foundation member by purchasing a Foundation membership under the Foundation Membership category.
How long will my order take to receive?

Shipping
Shipping costs are calculated based on the merchandise weight and dimensions of the items in your shopping cart as well as the destination of the order and the shipping method. Packages are sent via UPS using UPS Second Day, UPS 3 Day Select or UPS Ground. The National Archives eStore is unable to ship to PO boxes, Army Post Offices (APO) or Fleet Post Offices (FPO).

Depending on volume, packages typically leave our facility within 1 – 3 business days after the receipt of the order. Please note that orders are not fulfilled on weekends or Federal holidays.

International Shipping
The National Archives eStore welcomes orders from our worldwide customers; however our online store can only accept orders shipped within the U.S. or Canada. International customers may email customerservice@nara.gov to inquire about international orders.

Oversized Items
Items that are oversized or heavy will incur an additional delivery charge when those items ship. The additional delivery amount for each of these products is specified in the product description and in your shopping cart.
