A project wage determination for the District of Columbia was requested from the Department of Energy (DOE) for prevailing wage rates specific to weatherization of residential structures as those structures are defined in the All Agency Memorandum 130 and 131. No wage determination could be issued for the District of Columbia as insufficient information was received on weatherization work as described on the SF Form 308 for the survey timeframe. Consequently, the General Wage Determination for the District of Columbia, DC20080005 will be applicable to all residential weatherization construction projects and can be found www.wdol.gov.
