TeamSTEPPS Master Training Course - Durham, NC
TeamSTEPPS is an evidence-based set of teamwork tools, aimed at optimizing patient outcomes by improving communication and teamwork skills among health care professionals. It includes a comprehensive set of ready-to-use materials and a training curriculum to successfully integrate teamwork principles into any health care system. Over the 2-day Train-the-Trainer workshop, participants will learn strategies to improve team-related knowledge and skills, as well as earn 1.3 CEU's.The National Implementation of TeamSTEPPS registration page is the location to register for the free trainings at the five regional training centers. Funding for the training centers is provided by the Agency for Healthcare Research & Quality (AHRQ) of the Department of Health and Human Services. The National Implementation is coordinated by the Health Research & Educational Trust (HRET) of the American Hospital Association. For any questions regarding registration for the trainings please email HRET at AHRQTeamSTEPPS@aha.org.
