I have had quite a bit of difficulty making an order and process through. Initially seems like you have mixed all of the publications. When I asked for Treatment Improvement Protocols rather than giving me a list of TIPs I received a mixed making it confusing to find the publication I was looking for. When I stated checking out, some of the publlications were out, and I did not find an option of removing them. I had to start all over again opening a new page, I could not go back to previous page. Nor did I see a link to take me back so that I could remove the publications. When I removed them, I was not given a list of those publications that were out nor an option to reorder them when they were available in the future. At least I could not find any information on how to do it. I am also not sure I have a password. When I lost my password and was send a temporary. I was told to write two new passwords. I was not finished writing the new second password when it went on to the next page. Seems like the website has loose its user friendlyness it used to have. Seem to be somewhat complicated to make orders.
