File Number: S9601437.2

OPM Contact: Paul Britner

A former employee appeals our August 19, 1997 settlement denying his claim for additional living quarters allowances. In that settlement, we found that the agency properly caculated the amount due the employee. The former employee's request for reconsideration simply restates the arguments presented earlier. He does not allege any errors of fact or law in the settlement, except to disagree with the outcome.

Accordingly, the settlement is affirmed.
