Welcome to the Yavapai-Prescott Indian Tribe Sex Offender Public Website.

Pursuant to the federal Adam Walsh Child Protection and Safety Act of 2006 and Chapter 36 of the Yavapai-Prescott Indian Tribe Law and Order Code, any convicted sex offender who lives, works, or attends school within the jurisdiction of the Yavapai-Prescott Indian Tribe Reservation must register as a sex offender with the Yavapai-Prescott Indian Tribe, in addition to any other state, territory, or tribal registration.
