Employee Satisfaction Surveys
Federal Employee Viewpoint Survey
The Federal Employee Viewpoint Survey (FEVS), formerly called Federal Human Capital Survey, is a tool administered by the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) to measure employees' perceptions of whether, and to what extent, conditions characterizing successful organizations are present in their agencies. The survey results provide valuable insight into the challenges agency leaders face in ensuring the Federal Government has an effective civilian workforce. NRC will use the survey results to examine management practices and improve the work environment for NRC employees.
