Office of Acquisition and Logistics — Supplier Relationship Management

VA Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) Forums

The purpose of the FSS forums is to gain facilitated feedback and to address the concerns of VA FSS holders.  Forum attendees are broken into small breakout groups based on their federal supply schedule numbers and presented with a list of topics to discuss and asked to share what is currently working well and what areas need improvement.

VA leadership from both the Office of Acquisition and Logistics (OAL) as well as the National Acquisition Center (NAC) are on hand to address the concerns of the Forum attendees.  The sessions are documented and the detailed reports, which highlighted key themes and recommendations captured at the FSS forums are presented to VA leadership at the conclusion of the Forums.

VA continues to look to their Supplier community for feedback and recommendations on how VA can improve their performance and capabilities.  Please send suggestions to:  VA Supplier Relationship Management Feedback.
