N-648 Instructional Video

USCIS has developed an N-648 Instructional Video to provide information to assist medical professionals and community-based organizations (CBOs) who complete the form on behalf of benefit applicants. 

The N-648 Instructional Video is a little over five (5) minutes and provides a general overview of the Form N-648 contents, as well as:

• Guidance on completing the form
• Useful things to look for in the revised form
• Form updates, including the addition of an interpreter section

The video also advises medical professionals to use common terminology, emphasizes that they are responsible for certifying the accuracy of the form, and refers them to USCIS.gov for additional information.
