Registry of In Process and Executed VA CRADAs

To track CRADAs and to create an educational resource, the Technology Transfer Program (TTP) requires VA Medical Centers (VAMCs) or Non-Profit Corporations (NPCs) to register CT CRADAs through the TTP website.

Upon initiating negotiations, please go the website and fill out as much as possible of the form Blank CRADA Excel spreadsheet (76 KB, Excel) spreadsheet. Please send this completed (or semi-completed) Excel sheet for each CT CRADA to Noahline Stuart (noahline.stuart@va.gov).

The information provided will be integrated into two master registries. The first will be a spreadsheet titled "registry of CRADAs in process" (see below). After the CT CRADA is completed and executed, re-submit the Excel spreadsheet after adding the remaining information. The second registry will be titled "executed CRADAs" (see below) and will entail all currently executed CRADAs. If negotiations terminate without executing a CRADA please notify Noahline Stuart and provide a brief explanation of termination. This information will also be integrated into the CRADA Registry (highlighted CRADAs have been executed) (727 KB, MS Excel)
