Strategic Planning and Performance Budgeting
The Government Performance Results Act (GPRA) requires Federal agencies to produce strategic plans, annual plans, and performance reports in order to improve public confidence in its Government through transparency and accountability for program results. TTB uses its performance data to justify its requests for funding in its annual budget submission to Congress.
Freedom of Information Act (FOIA)
The Freedom of Information Act requires every Federal agency to submit a report to the Attorney General of the United States annually that provides detailed information concerning the administration of the Act.
Regulatory Agenda
The semiannual regulatory agenda includes regulations that the Treasury Department has issued or expects to issue and rules currently in effect that are under departmental or agency review.

Web
The E-Government Act of 2002 requires Federal agencies to develop an inventory of information to be published on their Web sites, establish a schedule for publishing information, make those schedules available for public comment, and post the schedules and priorities on the Web site.
