Every month, our website features the Spotlight on Women's Health — personal stories of women experiencing different health issues. In these personal interviews, womenshealth.gov asks the questions you're interested in so that we may provide an inside look at women's health. The Spotlight is a prominent feature in our monthly newsletter, Healthy Women Today, which reaches over 18,000 women.
Womenshealth.gov offers an opportunity for anyone to share information about a health topic important to women. From doctors to nurses, to students and stay-at-home moms, the interviewees give our readers a different perspective on a variety of health topics. For example, we might interview a dentist for a professional opinion about oral health and we might also interview a breast cancer survivor to learn about her personal experience.
Contact our marketing and outreach director for details on the interview process, topics we're interested in, and to be considered for the program. While we can't interview everyone who is interested, we will do our best to see if you are a fit for our program. Also, we can keep your information anonymous if you would like to submit a story on a sensitive topic using a different name.
