    • What I can say is that,the parents play a great role in this since their the one who are supposed to take care of their children and make sure that their safe all time,example parent can make a decision that their children should not touch those items until they reach an adult age plus making sure that their children can completely manage handling driving those devices.But on one way another children themselves have to listen from their parents and follow what have been told by their parents,think about this one,if parent do what they thhnk is best for thei children safeness it cn be through word or action and on other side their children don't listen what have been told due to their personal reasons and interests and finally get hurt,automaticaly the first person to be blamed will be parent,i.e children have I can say about 90%-95% and pasents the remain %...
