You may be able to find your order by searching by first or last name and a narrow date range (e.g. if John Doe placed an order in the Spring, you could search for the customer reference number of 'Doe' with a date range of March 1 to June 30). A wild card (*) is assumed in the customer reference number/purchase order number field.
