UNICOR´s traffic control and safety signs meets the requirements of the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD). Our extensive selection includes regulatory, warning, construction and safety signs. Traffic control signs are manufactured on engineer grade retro-reflective sheeting on aluminum stock. Some standard traffic control signs are available online for purchasing.

Routed Seals

These three-dimensional seals are constructed of environmentally friendly, 18 pound structural high density polyurethane foam and are available in five attractive metal coating finishes, or hand painted with epoxy resin coatings for full color products. The seals are wear resistant and colorfast through the 3/32" thick finishes. UNICOR utilizes automotive grade lacquers and primers on all sign surfaces. We can color match to meet custom color specifications, and incorporate UV inhibitors and coatings for products intended for exterior applications.

Seals look and feel like real cast metal without the cost, weight or installation issues. The seals are ideal for lobbies, conference rooms or any federal agency public space. The foam seals are lightweight, and delivered ready to install in either interior or exterior applications. (Exterior signs require a UV inhibitor to prevent fading or color change.)
