•  This 10" high, posture correct mattress is covered with a 5 oz. 210 Denier Nylon with a Polyurethane coating.
• Two pieces of 1" thick thermally bonded fiber batting (fire barrier) is used under the cover.
• Four pieces of poly densified fiber padding are 1” thick, odor free, on toxic, hypo-allergenic, and moisture resistant.
• 13 gauge tempered steel spring wire
• 6 gauge border wire
• 448 coil count for Queen Size, 392 coil count for Full size, 280 coil count for Twin size.
• Edge binding is polyester tape with a fire retardant treatment also in Presidential Blue color.
• Fabric meets the following specifications
•  Bacteria resistance-Testing Method AATCC 147-1988 for Staphylococcus Aureus
• Flame resistant – NFPA, MVSS 302, LS-CAL 117
• Tensile Strength or Hydrostatic Burst ( PSI ) must be 170 lbs.
•  Tear Strength -15 lbs.  ( Warp – Weft )
•  Primary Skin Irritation, Test Method NON Allergenic, with primary skin irritation – Draize Dermal.
• Passes moisture vapor transmission E96-BW
• High performance thread in compliance with A-A-55195 (Commercial item description for thread)
• Passes California Technical Bulletin 129 (Flammability test for mattresses for use in public buildings)
