Customer Notice

The SAVE Program offers prospective, new or current user agencies several webinars and customized tutorials to meet their specific need. There is no pre-registration for our webinars. Choose the session you want to attend from the list below, add it to your calendar, then return to this page to log in as early as fifteen minutes before it starts. 

How Do I Attend A Webinar?

  • Choose the topic, date and time, then simply select “Attend Session”
  • The session you plan to attend will become active 15 minutes before the listed time (note that all webinars are held on Eastern Standard Time)
  • If you are new to AT&T Connect, allow for time to setup the program before entering a webinar

What is required to attend a Webinar?

  • A webinar is a live Internet-based seminar that you can attend from your office. Our webinars are interactive so you will have the opportunity to ask questions. 
  • To attend you will needa computer with internet access to view the presentation and a telephone to listen and interact with the host and other participants.

Webinar Choices

SAVE Program Overview

This webinar provides a general overview of the SAVE Program, including the program’s mission and a description of the verification process.  Participants will understand how the SAVE Program can support agencies in verifying the immigration status of benefit applicants, and have an opportunity to ask questions about the program.  This webinar is appropriate for prospective customers interested in the SAVE Program. Length of session is 1.5 hours.

SAVE for Existing Users

This webinar provides live demonstrations of the web-based method for accessing the online SAVE system.  Participants will understand how to log into the online system, run a SAVE query, and review case statuses.  It also provides participants an opportunity to ask questions and discuss the program.  This webinar is appropriate for new or current customers that are already registered with the SAVE Program. Length of session is 1.5 hours.
