About the List

This list began in August 2008. By December 2012, it has nearly 900 subscribers from 50 states and 38 countries. Subscribers include librarians, graduate students, first responders, healthcare providers, emergency managers, and many other professions. Approximately 65% are in library and information fields. To date, more than 1,600 messages have been posted.
