OCC Releases CRA Evaluations for 22 National Banks and Federal Savings Associations

WASHINGTON —The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) today released a list of Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) performance evaluations that became public during the period of February 15, 2012 through March 14, 2012.  The list contains only national banks, federal savings associations, and insured federal branches of foreign banks that have received ratings.  The possible ratings are outstanding, satisfactory, needs to improve, and substantial noncompliance.

Of the 22 evaluations made public this month, one was rated outstanding, 21 were rated satisfactory, none were rated needs to improve, and none were rated substantial noncompliance

Evaluations are available from links on http://www.occ.gov/static/cra/mar12.html. The OCC's Web site (http://www.occ.gov) also offers access to a searchable list of all public CRA evaluations (http://www.occ.gov/tools-forms/tools/compliance-bsa/cra-perf-eval-search.html). Copies of the actual evaluations may be obtained by submitting a request electronically through the OCC’s Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) Web site https://appsec.occ.gov/publicaccesslink/.
