Description The NLU Master’s in Early Childhood Administration is designed for those of you who have earned your bachelor’s degree and want to assume a leadership position in the field. You will learn more about early childhood curriculum, discipline and guidance, family systems, assessment, social and cultural diversity and professional ethics. Earning your degree also makes you eligible to qualify for your Level III Illinois Director Credential.

Combination Early Childhood Administration is taught using a cohort model, which means you will go through the program with the same group of 12-20 students. NLU graduates like the cohort model because of the support and friendships provided by their fellow students throughout the program. Students are required to attend three residencies lasting four days each at the beginning, middle, and end of the program.
