This Guide endeavors to capture the expertise of the GSA's Site Knowledge Bank and impart it to others involved in site selection. Our Site Selection Task Force set the direction for this effort; our consultants, Gensler and Eckland Consultants, organized the Task Force members’ knowledge, experience, and process into an intelligible document.

Special thanks go to Jan Kuykendall, Vinita Canright, Frank Giblin, and Harmon Eggers, each of whom provided critical insights and wrote, read, and edited beyond the call of duty. Thanks also to Mary Ann Lasch, who made it all come together.
