PSC offers consulting support that is designed to assist federal agencies in achieving and sustaining the healthy work environments and cultures necessary for them to function effectively, cope adequately, change appropriately, and grow from within. These support services include leadership coaching, team development, conflict resolution/mediation, and the development of strategies for adapting to changes and challenges in the workplace. These services are tailored to meet the needs of individual work groups and are designed to lead to greater organizational effectiveness.
Our professional consultants specialize in corporate psychology, organizational development, and process re-engineering and are skilled in team building, strategic planning, mediation, and employee and management development. We can assess the climate of the workplace, design interventions, and respond to employee needs as they arise. Our consultants also work with senior leadership to clarify organizational strategy, develop and execute strategic plans, and develop performance reporting metrics, focusing on adapting a balanced scorecard approach for government agencies.
