Chairman of the U. S. Parole Commission
On November 20, 2004, Isaac Fulwood was appointed as a U.S. Parole Commissioner by President George W. Bush. On May 22, 2009, President Barack Obama designated Isaac Fulwood, Jr., as Chairman of the United States Parole Commission.
