The Northern Border Summit took place at Lake Placid in update New York. U.S. officials and their Canadian counterparts came together to discuss ways to increase collaboration and enable both nations to more effectively fulfill their shared responsibility to protect the safety of their citizens.

Government officials were joined by law enforcement and military personnel.

United States Customs and Border Protection Agents were present as well.
