The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) will monitor the safety performance of the motor carriers that participate in this pilot program. FMCSA's monitoring activities will include the following:

• Reviewing driver and vehicle inspections
• Verifying compliance with the terms of the motor carrier's operating authority
• Checking the status of drivers' licenses
• Confirming the status of the motor carrier's insurance policies
• Examining crash reports

FMCSA will post a new operational update report each week on this page.
