Software requirements for USPS® Click-N-Ship for Business®…

• Windows-compatible PC.
• Windows XP Home or Professional, Vista, or Windows 7, or Windows 8.
• Internet Explorer version 6.0, or higher.
• Standard printer to print and preview labels.
• An Internet connection.
• At least 10 MB of free space to install and run the program.
• An eBay® account (if you wish to use eBay account integration).

Note: Microsoft .NET 2.0 will also be installed, if it’s not already on the machine. This will take an additional 80 MB of disk space.

How to Install Click-N-Ship for Business®

Note: Administrator privileges may be required to install USPS Click-N-Ship for Business.  

1. Click the “Download Now” button on this page.
2. Follow the instructions in the installation wizard.

Note: Download time depends on the Internet connection speed and will take 3 to 15 minutes over a high-speed connection to complete.
3. After installation is complete, run the program from the desktop icon or Start > All Programs > USPS > Click-N-Ship for Business.
4. The first time USPS Click-N-Ship for Business runs, you’ll need to register. In the USPS Click-N-Ship for Business  Registration window:

1. Fill in all required fields.
2. If the Internet connection involves a proxy server, select the Connection Settings button and enter the appropriate information.
3. Review the Terms & Conditions by selecting the button, then select the associated checkbox to indicate your agreement.
4. Read the hazmat terms, then select the checkbox to indicate your agreement.
5. Select the “Register” button.
   Note: The registration address is validated. If you experience difficulty registering due to an error with the address, it may be because the address is invalid. Please use ZIP Code™ Lookup to find the valid address.

5.Wait while USPS Click-N-Ship for Business launches.
