Ask An Archivist Pilot
The National Archives is currently investigating tools for an online instant message chat project, Ask an Archivist.
Our goals will be to:
- answer ready-reference questions
- connect our online visitors to our online resources
- assist with searching the Online Public Access catalog
- provide referrals for more in-depth questions to the appropriate reference staff's email address
