June is LGBT Pride month, meant to recognize and honor the impact lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender people have had in our communities. During Pride month, we celebrate diversity and recognize that everyone deserves to be respected for who they are, regardless of sexual orientation or gender identity. In February, the Guttmacher Institute released “Facts on American Teens' Sexual and Reproductive Health,” a survey of over two-dozen recent studies and publications on the topic of adolescent sexual behavior.
