What's New
On February 22, 2012, the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) released a new profile on Women Veterans. Women Veterans are a diverse group of individuals. They differ in many ways from their female counterparts who never served in the military and from their male Veteran counterparts. This report uses data from the 2011 American Community Survey to provide an in-depth profile of demographic and socioeconomic characteristics of women Veterans.
