Disability.gov Widget

You can create a Disability.gov Widget by choosing the type of widget (national and/or state-level resources), color scheme and size in the Customize box, located in the center of the page. You must also select the boxes next to the subject(s) you are interested in. Once you have made your selections, click the "Preview" button to see your widget. Then, click the "Copy Code" button at the bottom of the page to copy the widget HTML code to your clipboard. Now you can paste the code onto your website.

Your Disability.gov Widget will automatically update itself with recently added national and/or state-level resources for the subject(s) you selected.

What is a widget?

A widget is an online application built by one website that can be displayed on another website. A widget, like the Disability.gov widget above, can be embedded in personalized home pages, blogs and other sites. Once you've added the widget, there is no technical maintenance required - the original source of the information will update the content automatically.

Placement of the Disability.gov Widget is only a marker to the site and a channel for Disability.gov content. The use of this widget or link does not indicate any form of endorsement or approval from Disability.gov, the U.S. Department of Labor or its 21 federal partner agencies.
