Policy Performance Overview

The Policy Performance Division transforms raw information into the analytical data required to make effective business and policy decisions.  The staff work closely with customers and stakeholders to ensure that GSA is implementing evidence-based policies.  

The Division manages:

• Policy Evaluation Review to monitor the implementation of governmentwide policies and their effectiveness in collaboration with federal agencies.
• The GSA Real Property Innovation Achievement Award Program to further develop and enhance the identification and distribution of best practices being incorporated in the Federal government.
• The Office Workplace Management Program provides tools for agencies to benchmark and compute the cost per person for workspace, information technology, telecommunications, telework and other alternative work environments;
