Do you have SSI applications online?
We do not have an online application for SSI benefits. But you can complete an online Adult Disability Report which is part of the application process. You can also complete an online Child Disability Report if you want to apply for SSI benefits on behalf of a child. Completing this Report prior to filing for benefits will save you time when you apply.
You can call us at 1-800-772-1213 (TTY 1-800-325-0778) between 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday through Friday to make an appointment to apply for SSI benefits. Or, you can apply either by phone or at your local Social Security office.
Please have your Social Security number handy when you call us.
