Plainview Milk Cooperative Ingredient Recall‬‪

Plainview Milk Products Cooperative, Plainview, Minn., is voluntarily recalling a variety of products that it has manufactured over the past two years, because they might be contaminated with Salmonella. The company sells these products to other industry customers, including distributors and manufacturers, who may have incorporated them into their own products. None of Plainview’s products were sold directly to the public.

Some of the recipients of these products have begun recalling their products, and the FDA is working with these companies to remove the potentially contaminated products from the marketplace.

A searchable database of the recalled products is available at http://www.accessdata.fda.gov/scripts/Milk/

Inspection Reports and additional documents are available in the Office of Regulatory Affairs FOIA Electronic Reading room.
