The days of standing in line are over. With the GO!card transit subsidy charge card, transit benefits are automatically loaded each month so you can purchase reloadable media, fare cards and passes directly from your transit vendor. 

That means no more special trips to pick up passes or vouchers.

1. Find immediate answers to common questions and comprehensive program information by visiting our FAQ page.   

2. Email us at gocard@hhs.gov with inquiries regarding transit subsidy benefits or the GO!card charge card. All inquiries should include your full name. Do NOT include any portion of your Social Security Number or your complete card number.  Provide the last 4 digits of card number only along with a brief description of your problem. You will receive a response within 4 business hours.
