ATF Past Performance Reports

Part 15 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) requires federal agencies to record and maintain current and past contractor performance reports for any requirements valued in excess of $100,000. The Department of the Justice and its Bureaus use the National Institutes of Health (NIH) Contractor Performance System (CPS) to meet this requirement.

Past performance information is used by many federal agencies for making contract award determinations for new contracts. Contractors can register with NIH via the Internet for access to CPS, which will allow a vendor to see its own performance evaluation and correspond directly with the contracting officer providing the evaluation.
