The Office of Management and Administration provides comprehensive support services to the VAOIG. This Office promotes organizational effectiveness and efficiency by providing reliable and timely personnel, financial, budgetary and IT services to the organization. In addition, through the VAOIG Hotline and follow-up reporting, the Office ensures all allegations communicated to the VAOIG are effectively monitored and resolved in a timely, efficient, and impartial manner.
