Fighting Fraud: E-Verify Can Now Verify Driver’s Licenses

E-Verify was recently upgraded to include a driver’s license verification feature. This is significant because driver’s licenses are presented by more than 80% of new hires to establish their identity during the employment eligibility verification process.

Mississippi is the first state to partner with the Department of Homeland Security to make driver’s license data available to be checked through E-Verify. E-Verify has an extremely high accuracy rate, and this anti-fraud enhancement makes the system even more reliable. In addition, E-Verify has recently added user-focused enhancements, including more help functions and streamlined enrollment.

How do I report to NVC or USCIS about immigration fraud. How can I do that anonymously? How do I know if they will investigate that person for sure? Thanks!

I too would like to know how to report a foreign national that has a sham marriage to a US citizen, so she may stay in the USA. She is engaged in prostitution, at different locations in the US, and sends large sums of money overseas (money laundering??). Is there a way to do this ?
Thanks!

How do I report someone who lives in another country but comes to the US and claims permanent residence once a year claiming her brothers address? They said that they know someon from Philippine immigration that stamp their passport on the day they leave Philippines so it will show that they didnt stay in Philippines for more that a yea...they have been doing this all the time because once you leave US there is no stamp on our passport during departure. I think this is fair for our relatives that follows immigration rules.

I'm happy to see that we can now verify driver's licenses though e-verify. Given the fact that DL's are official government issued photo ID's, we can now match the face to the identification card.
Will you be providing social security verifications as well in the near future?

Hello I'm Japanese native American. Recently, I verified my driving license. It's simple & included following information:
1.Person's surname and first name
2.Date of birth
3.Driver licence number
4.Driver licence version number
You will receive confirmation immediately. Each item shows a "yes" or "no" response.
Cheers-

I was recently involved in a auto accident were the driver of the other vehicle was visiting from Taiwan. The driver had no license or insurance yet she was driving a rented card. All she showed me was a US residency card. My question is, "How does someone from a foreign country come here, rent a vehicle, cause hundreds of dollars of damage then go back to their homeland without being held responsible for the damage they have done?"
It really irritates me that these people come here, do as they please then go home without being held responsible.
