A blog with comments is a great way to start a conversation to improve a product or service. Have you considered using social media communities including structures like "groups" within some of the communities to increase engagement and accelerate the discussion. It might also provide a different perspective since the communication is more informal...meaning you can "listen" to real opinions instead of more "thought-out" responses. Adding social media to the listening plan could prove fruitful.
It seems a good initiative...
Making online forums and getting feedback from the community is an excellent idea.
However one needs to make the very idea of this forum popular for more ideas to be submitted. I can see from the Everify site that in the last two months, 35 new ideas have been submitted. While every idea is great in itself, for the success of such an initiative where the services are used by millions, one would need to get far more than 35 ideas.
The forum should be popularized on social networking sites for increased participation.
I totally agree. Getting interaction into a blog post, helps the actual blog post gain more traction.
Thanks for sharing information about E-verify.It is basically implemented to check the eligibility of the employees who are working in U.S. There can be any other reason for its launch? I would like to hear more about it.
