Good Neighbor Principles
The core mission of the Urban Development/Good Neighbor Program is to provide GSA’s 11 regional offices and their stakeholders with the technical resources, training, and outreach support they need to implement business practices that foster positive community development. The “good neighbor” principles that guide these practices are:
