2011 Term Audio Recordings of Oral Arguments/Opinions
On Monday, October 1, 2012, the National Archives received the official annual transfer from the Supreme Court of the United States for the 2011 Court Term. This transfer includes audio recordings of oral arguments before the Court, opinion announcements, and bar admissions.
The 2011 Court term included the Oral Arguments and Opinion Announcements related to the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, signed into law by President Obama on March 23, 2010.
The following case numbers were argued before the Court on March 26, 27, and 28 of 2012:
- 11-393: NATIONAL FEDERATION OF INDEPENDENT BUSINESS ET AL. v. SEBELIUS, SECRETARY OF
HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES, ET AL.
- 11-398: DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES v. FLORIDA
- 11-400: FLORIDA v. DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES
