This solicitation will be a Small Business Set-Aside negotiated procurement utilizing Low Price Technically Acceptable Evaluation Procedures.  This solicitation will result in an Indefinite Delivery/Quantity Type Contract with a Base year and Four 1 year options.  The above Health and Comfort Packs shall be assembled in accordance with DLA Troop Support Philadelphia Technical Data for Health and Comfort Packs, dated May 18, 2012 available at http://www.troopsupport.dla.mil/subs/rations/program/hcp/tdphcp.pdfor request this data from the Contract Specialist Madeline.Williams@dla.mil or (215)737-7752.  Delivery destination, quantities, and required delivery dates will be provided via delivery orders issued on as needed basis.
