This is the second notice and is called the synopsis. The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Field Acquisition Office, located in Allenwood, Pennsylvania anticipates issuance of a solicitation to replace roofs, phase III, at the Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) Schuylkill, Pennsylvania. The successful contractor shall provide all material, labor, equipment and expertise for this construction project. The estimated magnitude of this project is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. This project is a total 100% small business set-aside. The NAICS code for this requirement is 238160, which contains a size standard of $14.0 million. The period of performance for the resulting contract is 255 calendar days from the notice to proceed.
